Van Gogh and his colors, his way to see the world.
Vincent Van Gogh is probably one of the most popular artists in the world both for his life and his work, among which is one of the most expensive paintings in the world "Dr. Paul Gachet" painted by the Dutch in 1890 and sold for 145 million dollars.
However, many analysts and scientists claim that Van Gogh suffered from an impairment of vision that made him see the world differently, with other colors and with different perspectives, which in short, makes his work totally different from others. The color vision of his work has been studied not only by art historians, but neuropsychiatrists and ophthalmologists, who are looking for some kind of pathology, from xanthopsia, a change in the perception of colors, to the disease known as color blindness.
He was definitely a sensory madman, situation that could have been caused by pollution due to lead in his body which was used in his time in the paintings, or the seizures he was known to constantly suffer.
